The Rules and Selections committee shall review and recommend proposed amendments to the WNNC Bylaws and Standing rules, oversee the selection process to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors and responsible for the governance documents of the WNNC and related compliance issues with the City of Los Angeles Neighborhood Council.
